I have been an Agile practitioner for many years now and team coaching is foundational to shifting organizations to this way of working/being.
On the last few months I also attended the Team Coaching Training course of Dr Clare Beckett Mc Inroy (thanks it was awesome!) and it gave me other lenses to look at teams development. It also helped me re-conciliate my practice as an internal consultant, a facilitator, an executive coach and a team coach!
